Let's Plan the Trip
A CSHSP Roadmap

The focus of the this year’s forum is “Planning the Trip,” a proactive approach to implementing New Jersey’s Comprehensive Strategic Highway Safety Plan (CSHSP). Outstanding strategies require collaborative efforts between stakeholders at all levels and all disciplines. The forum serves to keep the CSHSP in the forefront of key stakeholders’ minds and daily activities by highlighting best practices in implementing CSHSP strategies, identifying challenges to accomplishing the outstanding strategies, and steps needed to overcome these challenges. This year, the forum will focus on five emphasis areas:

• Aggressive Driving
• Impaired Driving
• Intersection Safety
• Young Drivers
• Pedestrian/Bicycle/Rail Safety
