Third Annual Traffic Engineering and Safety Forum A Success!

Wednesday, November 28 marked the Third Annual Traffic Engineering and Safety Forum. This year, the forum lasted a single day, which proved to be both tightly packed and easier for folks to take off from work. Though the day was full, participants had excellent comments regarding the content and information presented.

The 4E awards were presented at the luncheon in front of the whole group. This year, the number of applications more than quadrupled, which made for tough deliberations. Honorable mentions were awarded in the 4E categories to initiatives that were excellent. In addition to the 4E awards, a new award for individuals in the safety field was established.

Overall the forum proved to be educational, a great networking opportunity for professionals in the safety field, and a fun experience for all.
