TSRC & LTAP Host the North Atlantic Safety Forum & Peer Exchange

Keeping Your SHSP Crew Strong was the theme for the 2007 North Atlantic Safety Forum & Peer Exchange that brought together safety professionals from North Carolina to Maine to discuss their safety plans. Hosted by the New Jersey FHWA office and supported by TSRC & LTAP, the conference took place in Cape May, NJ.

The participants discussed a broad range of safety-related issues to implementing their Plans, keeping their SHSP crews strong and on target, and viewed a number of presentations on innovation programs working throughout the NorthEast. One the second day, a peer exchange was set up for Northeast safety engineers and professionals to help garner support close to home.

The conference, though short, produced much needed discussion and many new ideas. Overall, the forum was a success!
