Technical Team Leader

Dr. Mohsen Jafari leads the TSRC IT research and development team. The team is currently working alongside the NJDOT in developing tools to help with crash analysis and other crash related functions. The team has released the second version of this software program, entitled, Plan4Safety, and is currently working on future versions which will feature tools such as a Web interface, advanced modeling, and decision making.
